Living on site with students offering support, guidance, events and activities to help build strong, inclusive and supportive communities.

Residence Life Community Leaders

Living on site with students, supporting their communities with events and activities, supporting residents with communal living challenges and supporting the wider residence Life team projects and goals.

Residence Life Community Coordinators

Living on site with students directly managing RAs, offering support within their communities to both students and RAs.

Residence Life Community Managers

Living on site with students directly managing RAs, Community Leaders and Community Co-ordinators, ensuring that their communities and supported and those living in them are given the opportunity to thrive.

Residence Life Project Managers

Living off site, whilst still supporting a small team of RAs, these roles have a split focus of supporting their communities whilst also taking forward one of the key Residence Life Project areas (Training, Recruitment, Programming and Digital Communications).

Residence Life Wellbeing Advisers and the Residence Life Senior Wellbeing Adviser

Living off site, supporting students who experience challenges with their mental health or wellbeing, whilst also offering proactive measure to help students maintain positive wellbeing and mental health.

Residence Life Administrator

Living off site this role is responsible for the administration at the foundation of the team.

Heads of Residence Life

Living on site supporting the communities and staff within them to thrive, with operational oversight of all communities and project areas within the team.

Director of Residence Life

Living off site taking the strategic lead in all areas of the team and representing the team at the University level.
